download area layout

Hi,

the kde windows download area is growing.

One issue I heard about the recent layout is that it is partly difficult
to select the correct package.

My proposal is to split the download area into three parts:

1. compiler independent libraries (containing mingw and msvc dll's,
mostly c libs, currently named win32libs)
2. msvc kde related packages
3. mingw kde related packages
4. additional tools (from the gnuwin32 project currently named gnuwin32)

The new path layout would be:

libs/
tools/ (byacc, flex, tar, ...)
msvc/
    kde/ (kdelibs,kdebase,.....)
kdesupport/ (containing qt, strigi, kdewin32 and other)
mingw/
    kde/ (kdelibs,kdebase,.....)
kdesupport/ (containing qt, strigi, kdewin32 and other)

The kdewin installer would use similar categories

libs
tools
kdesupport-msvc
kdesupport-mingw
kde-msvc
kde-mingw

Any comments ?

Ralf
