KShell & KMacroExpander - are we screwed?

well ok I tried it and hit issue in wine/programs/cmd (wcmd.exe has some messed up PE sig and ntdll refuses to load it)
but hacked that and emerge --full-package kdebase resulted in the attached log. After commandstring python
C:\kde\root\emerge\portage\kde\kdebase\kdebase-3.90.1.20070606.py fetch
 nothing happens. Is this supposed to do that?
