Unresolved libkfile externals in dolphinprivate

Hi
Has anyone problems with ${KDE4_KFILE_LIBS} in this line?

target_link_libraries(dolphinprivate ${KDE4_KFILE_LIBS} konq ${BLITZ_LIBRARIES})

(kdebase/apps/dolphin/CMakeLists.txt)

The build system does not add kfile.lib to the linking or dolphinprivate so 
there are unresolved externals.
