bug in kate/kwrite/kword

This message is a reply to [0].  I'm sorry for not actually replying to it
but I wasn't subscribed back then.

For the MSVC-build I added a shortcut in KWrite to "Ctrl + Alt + a" which
works but also reacts to "AltGr + a".

Trying to add a shortcut to "Ctrl + Alt + q" results in a non-triggerable
shortcut to "Ctrl + Alt + @".  When pressing "Ctrl + Alt + q" nothing
happens, when pressing "AltGr + q" the @-sign occures as it is normal to
German keyboard layouts.
