KDE Windows Updater Client

I've attached a new version of the "mockup". It should just show what's in
my mind .. atm.

This time the attachment contains the source and the binaries. For the
executables you'll need QtCore4.dll, QtGui4.dll and mingwm10.dll. They were
too big to package. Otherwise some  subscriberes of the mailing list would
have killed me ^^

PS: I had to use a 7zip archive because otherwise (If I had used *.zip or
*.tar) I wouldn't have been able to send you the *.exe because gmail scans
the zips for *.exe's and blocks them.
