kate does not compile because of icons

I added png2ico source to the kdewin32 source and png2ico binary is 
build and install along the kdewin32 dll so that we can expect that it 
is there in any case. It looks that the last kdewin32 binary package 
does not contain png2ico anymore.  :-(
