kate does not compile because of icons

Hi,

Can you plz fix this in a way it works for all packages:

[ 38%] Building RC object kate/app/CMakeFiles/kate.dir/.res

E:\kde\kdesdk-build\kate\app\.rc(1) : error RC2135 : file not found:
E:/kde/kdesdk-build/kate/app/.ico

and btw: when png2ico is missing on the system, I get an error every
time that the command png2ico did not work.
