It seems kdewin-installer-gui-0.8.1-2.exe can't detect if vcredist is installed, so KDE Installer never displays a checkmark next to it and always reinstalls (but not re-downloads) vcredist_x86.exe when you install something else that depends on vcredist. Thanks for KDE Installer! -- =S Page
