I moved it to 
http://techbase.kde.org/Projects/KDE_on_Windows/Installation and I will 
possibly split it to make up a separate Up_And_Running Page if that is
what you intended to make up.

I still want to make up a short description of kdewin-installer (with 
some screenshots etc.) on http://windows.kde.org which needs some work 
as well. It should be pretty much like the ones made up for kde-edu 
(http://edu.kde.org).
