kdelibs-mingw-20070515svn-bin.zip is incomplete

This may well be expected, but I'm reporting this in case it isn't. While 
kdelibs-mingw-20070515svn-bin.zip appears to work well to _build_ KDE 4 apps 
with my cross-mingw, it is missing some files required to actually _run_ 
them, notably libkdecore.dll, libkdefx.dll, libkdeui.dll and libkio.dll. No, 
they're neither in bin nor lib, and no, they're not in the -lib.zip package 
either. Is this an oversight or did they fail to build or something? 
Strangely, the correponding .dll.a files are there.
