Please take a look if there is another iconv.h around.
Also remove ICONV_SECOND_ARGUMENT_IS_CONST from your CMakeCache.txt, 
delete strigi-build/CMakeFiles/CMakeError.log and 
strigi-build/CMakeFiles/CMakeOutput.log
Then rerun cmake and send me the two files above
