Soprano build problems

Hi,

seems there are some build problems with soprano and redland. It looks
as if the redland headers are somewhat broken, the REDLAND_API macro
doesn't seem to be defined in various headers like rdf_storage.h when
used from soprano. I don't see why, but well maybe somebody else knows.
