strange error combiling kdelibs using vs2005

Fixed. kdewin32/bin is not in my %PATH%
BTW: I think the cmake script for kdewin32 has a problem installing it as
%PROGRAMFILE%/kdewin/bin not kdewin32

Make sure libxml2 from win32libs is used!
