python emerge script has a hardcoded svn url

Hi, thank you for the excellent python script to build everything
automatically.

svn\trunk\kdesupport\kdewin32\emerge\bin\base.py(220):
repourl = "https://svn.kde.org/home/kde/"

this is hardcoded and won't work for anonsvn user like me.
