Just a question. Would it not be possible to create a rule for CPack to create 
your packages. Currently on windows it default to an NSIS installer. Maybe 
CPack would simply call your kdewin-packager-x.y.z.exe. Perhaps it's not 
necessary or is perhaps overkill but it would seem to integrate with the 
existing build-system better?

Something to think about perhaps?
