New requirement for kdelibs

Hi,

Maybe some of you already noticed, we have a new requirement for when 
building kdelibs...

You can find update-mime-database on 
http://82.149.170.66/kde-windows/win32libs or with the installer. When 
you download it manually, make sure to also download libintl, libxml2 
and iconv.

I've also updated strigi - it should no longer depend on msvcrt80
