kde4 -> kde4.x
kde4.0 -> only kde4.0

I think it would be good to get into technology preview/alpha stage when kde4.0 is released. We *need* to show something, but it's imho unrealisitc that we can release a bug-free kdelibs 4.0 for win32 (bug-free in form of 'really usable').
