pkg-config dependency on msvcr80d.dll

Hi,
pkg-config binary coming from kde-installer is depends on msvcr80d.dll (not 
redistributable, I guess?).
This is OK except for people like me who is msvc.net user. I can live with 
this by replacing/recompiling needed tools. Is there someone on the list who 
uses the same msvc version?
Anyway, I'll most likely update the HOWTO [1] with appropriate notes.
