kdevelop svn update problem

Well, make it possible to reach anonsvn.kde.org from your PC. I guess
you're using some kind of firewall which doesn't allow svn:// through, I
fear your doomed then. KDevelop's qmake parser needs some files from
kdevelop-pg even if that one is not installed and thus it uses an
svn:externals. However that has to point to the anonsvn.kde.org and not
the usual svn.kde.org as else anonymous checkouts are broken. 

Unfortunately there's no other sensible way (except a hard dependecy on
KDevelop-PG, which is not an option atm) to go about this.
