I was trying to make some l10n package with cmake but I get the error msgfmt is missing. msgfmt is a unix package for changing .po files to .mo files (whatever that means). It is in the GNU gettext utility. I am not sure whether it is in our tools section or whether it is still missing. I remember that it is in cygwin though. SE
