FYI: I've updated

with information:
- related to msvc.NET (2003) users (that's me)
- related to paths - e.g. {KDE_SOURCE_DIR} symbol introduced that refers to 
the source directory

There are also:
- information about svn r/w access
- fetching sources from svn into a common 'trunk' subdir, so it's all kept in 
one place, and it's easier to talk about one location,
   e.g. trunk/KDE/kdelibs + trunk/kdesupport
- formatting improvements

There is still place for improvements, e.g. hardcoded C:\ paths should be 
replaced by a variable.
