win32libs moved to another server

Hi,

I've moved win32libs to http://82.149.170.66/kde-windows/win32libs/ . 
you can download them with kdewin-installer available on 
http://82.149.170.66/kde-windows/installer/

I'll update all packages to the 'new' package format when there's a new 
version of the specific package avialable.

Please test out installer and help us to find bugs.
