kdewin installer release 0.8.4-2 available

Hi,

on http://download.cegit.de/kde-windows/installer there is a new version 
of the installer available. This release is a bug fix release and added 
some new features. Thanks to Christian and Patrick for pointing out some 
bugs.

subdirectories, which contains collected informations about packages

@details and @pkgdetails item
                 - fixed bug not adding categories correct from 
setup.hint files
