You may want to look at my commits to branches/work/kdab-post-4.0/kdepimlibs/ 
from last night and related posts with patches. I've attached a recipe with my 
(probably temporary) way of building gpgme-qt using cmake (and not only gcc 
but also msvc).

I am interested in having gpgme compileable using cmake, to drop autotools 
dependency.
