kdelibs/phonon/kcm broken on mingw

Hi,

two changes from Ralf break the compilation of the phonon kcm, one is 
689445 the other is 691275 . Now I get an ICE when building the kcm due to the
export macro's being improperly defined. Christian already reported that
ICE to mingw:

Reverting revision 691275 produces undefined references to the
staticMetaObject of Phonon::AbstractAudioOutput and I can't seem to find
a way to make --enable-auto-import active for the kcm. I even tried
re-setting CMAKE_SHARED_LINKER_FLAGS but the generated command still has
--disable-auto-import.

Any ideas how to fix this?
