kdewin32 mingw build broken

Hi,

for some unknown reason I can't build kdewin32 at the moment with mingw.
It faild to find the GetFileSizeEx function which should be in
kernel32.a. I even added kernel32 to the target_link_libraries call, but
still get an undefined reference.

Any ideas?
