Missing mimetypes

Hi,

now that I'm set up so far it seems some mimetypes are missing, namely I
get message boxes about these:

application/octet-stream
inode/directory
inode/blockdevice
inode/chardevice
inode/socket
inode/fifo
application/x-shellscript
application/x-executable
application/x-desktop

Also kmimetypetest fails here with:
Totals: 8 passed, 10 failed, 4 skipped

I'm not 100% up-to-date on kdelibs though.
