Updated update-mime-database

Hi,

I've updated update-mime-database to fix mimetype creation. There is 
still an open issue - the current fix is to copy freedesktop.org.xml 
from update-mime-database sources to kde-install-dir/share/mime/packages 
and rerun "make install" in kdelibs-build dir.
