Error running qdbus2xml

I thought that would have been incorporated into the binary package
provided on the kde-win site. I'm not building from source.

This file is not in the binary qt-mingw-4.3.0beta-5-lib or that patch
package. However the change that Ralf proposed to qt.conf seems to work.
