Bug 134743: sh*t does not compile: Could NOT find QtCore

Hi folks,
I'm trying to get this baby walking but it will not stand up and I don't know why. I've filed a bug in the cygwin section but it might be wrong there so I'm posting here to raise attention. Here's the bug:

Nothing has changed, does still not work. Please help and cc.
