kdelibs compilation (windbus error)

Install win32libs. may be dounloaded from
http://www.abi-neuhaus.de/chris/win32libs/win32libs-20061026.7z

set CMAKE_INCLUDE_PATH / CMAKE_LIBRARY_PATH enveronments.
if it does not help then set C_INCLUDE_PATH / CPLUS_INCLUDE_PATH /
LIBRARY_PATH.

In my appinion it's better to install libiconv and zlib from mingwPORTs or
from sources!!!
