depending on Qt4.2-tp1

Hello
If I corectly understood KDELibs now depends on Qt4.2-tp1 (already in 
qt-copy), the one that is not Freely available yet for win32+msvc target.
If this is the case I must say it's sad as it delays development a bit at 
least for people who prefer the faster compiler.

A question to http://sourceforge.net/projects/qtwin project: are you going to 
play with the patch for Qt4.2-tp1 or is your plan to wait for final 4.2?
