[Kde-windows] problems with kdemain macro in kdelibs_global_win.h

Hi,

I've some problems with this define. With my commit #501368 I've removed
'extern "C" { KDE_EXPORT ...)' from  kioslave/* . This broke something:

Now my question - why do we need to redefine kdemain and isn#t there
another solution for this (e.g. with '#pragma init_seg')?
