Important fix for qdbuscpp2xml

Hi,

Current kdelibs svn does not compile due to a problem with qdbuscpp2xml.
I've updated the patch for Qt in windbus svn to solve this problems -
it's just a quick hack, but works correct afaics.

I've also attached the patch.
