Broken mingw32 compile

Hi,

Is there a chance to fix mingw compilation by using current qt snapshot? I tried to compile kdelibs4 with snapshot from 18.08 and did not get any errors with QFormBuilder (although I had to fix two places where the API changed between TP1 and snapshot).

btw:
The current msvc compile problem can be fixed by a QChar(uint32) constructor.
