External libs for kde4

Hello,

which is the current way of obtaining a working (as in "works with kdelibs") qt-4.2 for win32? Do I need the technology preview from the trolltech site and apply the patches from trunk/qt-copy/patches? Or should I check out trunk/qt-copy and use that instead of the "official" tech preview?

Thanks,
--Michael
