Due to problems (unable to edit complicated pages, confirmed by it's admin) on 
wiki.kde.org, and personal preferences, I've provided kdelibs.com for 
kdelibs-related additional documentation.

Look at it as am appendix, not a functional copy of developer.kde.org. Among 
other stuff, it's a target for kdelibs{3|4} for win32 -related docs (and later 
probably for MacOSX).
