[Kde-windows] iceauth.exe

Having a look at dcopserver.cpp line 671 and dcopclient.cpp line 219 it seems 
i ened something called iceauth.exe to start dcopserver.

As i see iceauth is part of X, i think we should avoid making people install X 
to use KDE when Qt is Windows native.

Any suggestion?
