At least I've ported the KHTML patch from kdelibs3/win32 to v4 so it just 
doesn't link but compiles. KJS is could be next step, right?

Maybe we can simply #ifdef kdeprint dependency in khtml or compile fake 
nonfunctional kdeprint/win32 version at this stage.
