[Kde-windows] rint() and other mathematical functions

Hi,

this time I've some problems with rint().
The problem is that mingw has those functions but msvc not. Because of this
(and the ascpect that I use inline assembly which is different for every
compiler) I can't put them into kdewin32.
So my idea is to implement them as inline in include/msvc/math.h - any
problems with that?
