[Kde-windows] time.h including winsock2.h?

Hi,

Does anyone knows why kdelibs\win\include\msvc\sys\time.h needs
winsock2.h? It breaks compilation when qwindowdefs_win.h is included
before...
I'm currently compiling without this include to see if all works fine.
