Dear board,

The KDE Usability/User Interface/Oxygen teams would like support for
holding a UX developer sprint April 15-17 2011 in Berlin held at the
relevantiv offices. The purpose of the meeting is to regroup the user
experience contributors in order to identify current issues and future
direction. There are 11 planned participants, 5 of which are local and
6 who will travel. Details of the meeting and participants are

6xtravel = ~2000 euro

6xhotel (~60-80 euro depending on what is available at the time) = 360-480 euro

Total = 2360 - 2480 euro (depending on hotel availability)
