OK, let's aim for an easy start around 10:00, tomorrow.

basically it takes one time changing (tram -> metro (U-bahn) going
to relevantive).

walking is doable and with a tourist map you can zig-zag through
the historic centre.

half-lazy option is to walk from the hotel either through the
Torstraße or (nicer) the Linienstraße to U-bahn station
Oranienburger Tor and take the U6 two stops south to
Französische Straße, relevantive is right there.

full-lazy option is take the M1 tram at the stop in front
of the hotel in the direction of Am Kupfergraben, get out
at the stop U-bahn station Oranienburger Tor and then the
U6 as above.
