[KGpg SoC] Status report: May 9 2018

I completed revisions to https://phabricator.kde.org/D12769. Then I
checked  bugs 336764, 372002, 393934, 143935 and found that I couldn't
reproduce them. After that I changed their status to appropriate labels.
Next I tried to create a static library for transactions.
