[Maniphest] [Created] T2068: Add test for invalid JSON metadata

TASK DESCRIPTION
  If a plugin has invalid json metadata (e.g. due to a wrong comma), its `KPluginMetadata` object will not show up in `KPluginLoader::findPlugins`.
  
  Should be trivial to write a test case to catch any regression when updating the json metadata.
