[Differential] [Request, 323 lines] D1265: Update replacement of AddArgs parameters

REVISION SUMMARY
  Same as already done for ListArgs and ExtractArgs
  
  The header-encryption parameter for 7z is also simplified (we don't use anymore the additional `HeaderEncryptionSwitch`, but just the `PasswordHeaderSwitch` like clirar does).

TEST PLAN
  Unit tests for cli7z and clirar. The list of files is not tested though, since involves a "global work dir" and I'm not sure how to reproduce it in the tests.
