REVISION SUMMARY
  Enable read-write support for lzop-compressed tar-archives in libarchiveplugin. Shared-mime-info contains mimetypes for both lzop-compressed tars (application/x-tzo) and single files (application/x-lzop). Lzop support was added in libarchive 3.1.0 so we need to bump the required version.
