Moving wiki pages to community.kde.org

Hi,
the wiki pages about the "KDE Utils" project are currently hosted on
techbase [1].

According to the notes at [2], those pages are supposed to be moved under
community.kde.org [3].

I can do the work. If there are no objections, I think a reasonable
destination could be community.kde.org/KDE_Utils, which would be consistent
with other sub-projects like KDE PIM [4].

Olivier, could you explain what exactly do we have to do with the old
pages? Delete them? Add redirects?
