[Maniphest] [Created] T2111: Install mimetypes not yet in the official mime DB

TASK DESCRIPTION
  It looks like applications can install unofficial mimetypes in `KDE_INSTALL_MIMEDIR` (e.g. `/usr/share/mime/packages`).
  We could exploit this to install mimetypes not yet in the official shared-mime-info database: e.g. XAR or compressed lrzip.
  
  This would simplify a lot e.g. the CreateDialog.
