Ark frameworks port

Hey all,

A lot of work has been done on the frameworks branch of Ark in the
last weeks. The current status is that Ark no longer depends on
KDELibs4Support and should have similar functionality as the
kde4-branch.

I've been discussing with Raphael, and we agreed to merge the branch
into master in the immediate future. I believe we can get it into a
releasable state for inclusion in Applications 15.08.

After merging we will take a look at the many pending review requests
and try to implement some of them.

Please test the branch and provide feedback...
